About The Book


This made it difficult to enjoy any baked goods, especially since a lot of store bought flours and desserts are made with sorghum flour. Not to mention all the nut-based flours used today.

Besides, I’d been baking from scratch my whole life and wasn’t ready to give it up. Between the relaxation it gave me and my love of sweets, I decided to try and convert my favorite recipes. How hard could it be, right?

If you love baking, especially sweets, then this book is for you. For as long as I can remember I’ve been dairy free and this book originally started out that way. Then about 8 years ago I learned I was gluten and sorghum flour free.


This spiral-bound recipe book contains 50 Delicious gluten, dairy, sorghum flour, and nut free recipes to Safely satisfy families everyday. Plus, tips and tricks throughout.

It’s actually not so easy. I couldn’t begin to tell you about all the mistakes I’ve made and food I’ve wasted. Though, you’ll find hints and stories about a few of these throughout the book.

A while back I was on a business trip and brought with me a new batch of gluten, dairy-free peanut butter cookies. By the end of that trip I was all broken out from the peanut butter. Little did I know, I would have issues with nuts as well. Hence, the nut-free recipes.
